We are a mission driven company that strives to create innovative pathways to support high quality, standards-based physical education programs, athletic performance enhancement, and the promotion of health and wellness. We are dedicated and committed to the professionals within the disciplines of physical education and sport.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality instructional methods, resources, strategies, and training to support the successful implementation and application of our programs. Through our research, we continually innovate by challenging ourselves and others to think "outside the box."

Biographies: Meghan and Tad Jinguji

MEGHAN JINGUJI: MA Teaching

Meghan has been teaching middle school physical education for 10 years. Her invaluable leadership within middle school physical education has led the Antelope Crossing Middle School Physical Education Department’s recognition as a 2008 NASPE Stars Program and 2007 CAHPERD Middle School Program of the Year. Her personal honors include Placer County Office of Education Educator of the Year and CLMS Region 3 Teacher of the Year finalist. Her leadership and dedication to the implementation and support of heart rate monitors in physical education was exemplified by her being featured on CNN’s American Morning. 

Since the completion of her MA in Teaching at the University of Puget Sound, Meghan has served on numerous district and state curriculum and instruction committees that support the professional development of physical educators and high quality, standards-based physical education programs. Meghan continues her service to the greater physical education community through her involvement in CAHPERD as the 2007-08 CAHPERD Vice President for Girls and Women in Sport.

TAD JINGUJI: MS Exercise Science & Health Promotion, NASM—PES

Tad is a leader in the implementation of functional training principles and methods within secondary physical education and athletics. He has successfully created the Functional Movement Training Method which is based upon the principles of developmental biomechanics, rehabilitation, fitness, and performance enhancement.

Tad has taught high school physical education for 5 years and has experience in coaching various sports for more than 25 years. His teaching and coaching experiences and his formal education have provided him with the depth and breadth of knowledge to educate and support the continued development of teachers and coaches through professional development that is centered upon content knowledge and instructional strategies.

Tad has earned his MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. He is also certified by the National Academy of Sport Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. Currently, he is serving as part time adjunct faculty at Chapman University’s University College.
