Functional Movement Circuit Videos

Functional Movement Circuits are groups of exercises or activities that are designed to produce skill development and increase health related fitness. Each station is differentiated so that students can participate at a level appropriate to their individual fitness and/or skill.

Agility Movement Videos

Agility movements require the strength, balance and coordination to provide the ability to change direction quickly and efficiently. This ability can be developed through the use of patterned drills requiring multi-directional movement and multiple foot placement patterns.
