Membership Cancellation Policy

Send an email to tad@innovations4pe.com with the following subject line: Cancel Membership [insert your username here]. We’ll respond as soon as possible to confirm the account cancellation via email. Please note that cancellations via email may take up to three days from receipt of your request to process.

If you cancel a yearly membership, you are not charged a cancellation fee. However, please note that annual memberships are billed upon initial registration with Innovations 4 PE. Therefore, your prepaid annual membership fee will not be refunded upon cancellation. Your membership will remain active12 months from the original prepaid date.
